In the mid of the second civilian war in Chad ( 1979-80 ), Anne de Boismilon is embedded in a field military hospital set up by the French army near the combat zone. Hundreds of civilians and fighters casualties are  flooding the hospital  where French military surgeons, doctors and nurses, are performing 24 hours a day under very difficult conditions
